However, to ensure smooth service, there are important rules and disclaimers regarding cancellations and international shipping. Please review the following information carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation, Return, & Refund Policy
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes for customer convenience once a purchase has been completed. Please carefully confirm the size, condition, and details of an item before purchasing to avoid issues such as ordering the wrong size or item.
✅ If the item is Damaged or Lost [Delivery Coverage]
If damage or loss occurs during shipping, we will fully compensate you for all orders.
Condition: You must contact Support within 7 days of arrival with photos of the damaged item and the shipping label.
Note: Existing damage on items originally sold as "Junk" or "Damaged/Defective" (as described in the listing) is not covered.
2. Disclaimers Regarding Item Condition & Operation
The following aspects are excluded from AniMeEon's standard inspection and compensation. Please understand these characteristics before purchasing.
⚠️ Malfunctions in Electronics
During inspection at our warehouse, we do not check the operation or power status of electronics, game consoles, watches, etc. Therefore, we cannot compensate for internal issues (e.g., "it doesn't turn on" or "it doesn't work") unless there is visible physical damage caused by shipping accidents. When purchasing used electronics, please carefully check the Seller/Store ratings and the item description.
3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Depending on the laws of the destination country, customs duties may apply to your shipment.
Payment: If customs duties or import taxes are incurred, you (the customer) are responsible for paying them.
Verification: Tax rates and thresholds vary significantly by country/region. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs authority directly before purchasing to confirm potential costs.
4. Prohibited Items (Cannot be Shipped)
Certain items cannot be shipped internationally due to laws or aviation safety regulations. If you purchase these items, they cannot be exported and may be discarded.
AniMeEon uses a system to restrict these purchases, but we ask that you also verify items yourself before buying. Any loss resulting from items that cannot be delivered due to your country's specific import regulations will not be compensated.
❌ Spray Cans & High-Pressure Gas
Cannot Ship: Spray cans (aerosols) are prohibited in air mail.
Examples: Hair spray, hair tonic, mist toners, deodorant spray, gas canisters for camping stoves, etc.
Please ensure the item does not contain high-pressure gas.
❌ Frozen, Refrigerated & Perishable Items
Cannot Ship: AniMeEon stores and ships all packages at room temperature.
Examples: Fresh food, chocolates requiring refrigeration, frozen foods.
Items may thaw or spoil during transit. Please do not purchase these items.
❌ Other Country-Specific Prohibited Items
Items that violate the laws of the destination country (e.g., illegal drugs, weapons, specific plant/animal products) cannot be shipped.
