Once your order is completed, AniMeEon contacts the store, purchases the item, and arranges for domestic delivery to our warehouse.
On average, it takes about 7–14 business days for items to arrive at the AniMeEon warehouse.
When your item arrives, the shipment details will be registered in My Account, and you will receive an email notification.
If more than 14 business days have passed and your item has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.
