Stock availability works a little differently depending on whether you are buying Officially Licensed Merch or Thrifted Finds. 

Here is what you need to know before you shop.

Officially Licensed Merch

• How Stock Works: We keep a close eye on inventory, but items can occasionally sell out at the manufacturer after you place your order.
• If an Item Sells Out: If your item is unavailable, we will send you a quick email right away and process a full refund or cancel your payment hold immediately.

Thrifted Merch

• How Stock Works: Since these items come directly from Japanese thrift and flea market sellers, most listings are unique, one-of-a-kind finds (limit 1 per order).
• When an Item Sells Out: An item might become unavailable if the seller deletes their post or if someone else buys it first. This can happen:
  • Right when you finish checking out on AniMeEon
  • When our proxy team attempts to buy it from the seller
• If an Item Is Gone: If we cannot secure the item from the seller, your order will be canceled and you will never be charged.
