After Your Items Arrive at the Warehouse
Once your purchased items arrive at our warehouse, it takes about 1–2 business days to calculate package weight and register the shipment.
After registration, we begin processing shipments in the order they are received.
How to Check Shipment Information
You can confirm the following details in your account:
Shipment status, Shipping method, Delivery address, Invoice (product details)
My Account → Shipping History

Changing the Delivery Address
Once your order is complete and warehouse processing begins, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
If customs duties or import taxes are applied, you will be notified directly by the shipping carrier.
Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier and complete payment promptly.
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed & Shipment Is Returned
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned, it will be sent back to the AniMeEon warehouse. Returned packages will be registered in My Account as “Returned Shipments.”
Follow the instructions in the email from AniMeEon and complete the necessary steps promptly.
Returned shipments will be stored at our warehouse for 14 days.
If reshipment is not arranged within 14 days, the package will be automatically discarded.
