How to Purchase Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items can be purchased in the same cart as regular items.
If pre-order items and regular items have different release/shipping dates, they will be shipped separately.
Payment
Payment for pre-order items is required in advance at the time of order, even if the release/shipping date is later.
Accepted payment methods are the same as for regular items:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
Cancellations of Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items may be canceled or delayed by the manufacturer.
If a manufacturer cancels your pre-order, we will notify you as soon as it is confirmed and begin refund processing.
Customer-requested cancellations of pre-order items are not accepted.
Refunds
If a pre-order is canceled, refunds will be processed as follows:
Credit Card Payments
Refunds are processed via your credit card company once the cancellation is confirmed.
The refund timing may vary depending on your card provider’s billing cycle. Please contact your provider directly for details.
PayPal Payments
Refunds are returned to your PayPal account.
The refund timing follows PayPal’s internal processing.
Important Notes
Release dates and shipping schedules for pre-order items may change.
Except in cases of manufacturer cancellation, AniMeEon cannot accept cancellations or changes for pre-order items.
Depending on your payment method, refunds may take a certain amount of time to be reflected.
