This guide explains how to use discount coupons issued on AniMeEon. Coupons can be applied by entering your coupon code on the order confirmation screen after adding items to your cart.
How to Redeem Your Coupon
- Add items to your cart: Once you find an item you want to purchase on the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button.
Check the items and quantities in your cart on the cart page. - Proceed to checkout: After reviewing the items in your cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to go to the order confirmation screen.
*If you are not logged in, you will need to Log In or Sign Up beforehand. - Enter and apply your coupon code: On the order confirmation screen, enter your shipping address and select your payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay or PayPal).
You will see a field to enter your "Coupon Code" on the same screen. Enter your coupon code exactly as it appears (e.g., 5000WELCOME26) and click the "Apply" button. -
Confirm the discount and place your order: If the coupon is applied successfully, the discount amount will be deducted from your total order amount.
Please make sure to verify that the total amount reflects the coupon discount before clicking the "Complete Payment" button.

Q. My coupon code didn't work / The discount is not applied.
A. If your coupon is not applied, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Requirements not met: For the ¥5,000 OFF first-purchase coupon, your total order value must be "¥5,001 or more", and the offer is strictly for "first-time orders only".
- Typo in the code: Please enter the coupon code exactly using half-width alphanumeric characters. Extra spaces before or after the code will result in an error.
- Usage limit reached: Campaigns may have a strict overall usage limit. Once the limit is reached, the coupon code will not be issued or applied even after account registration, so please use it as soon as possible.
Q. Can I apply a coupon after my order is confirmed?
A. No. Due to system specifications, we cannot apply coupons or change the order amount after the checkout process is complete (order confirmed) for customer convenience. Please make sure the discount is applied before completing your payment.
Q. Can I use a coupon for pre-order items?
A. Yes. As long as you meet the usage conditions, such as the total order amount, you can use coupons when ordering pre-order items just like regular items.
