After Your Items Arrive at the Distribution Center
Thrifted Merch (Proxy Orders)
Once your item arrives at our fulfillment center, it takes about 2 to 3 business days to weigh the package and register it in our system. Once registration is complete, we will process your shipment in the order it was received.
How to Check Shipment Information
You can confirm the following details in your account:
Shipment status, Shipping method, Delivery address, Invoice (product details)
My Account → Shipping History → Shipping Details
Important Notes for International Shipping
Changing the Delivery Address
Once your order is complete and distribution center processing begins, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
If customs duties or import taxes are applied, you will be notified directly by the shipping carrier.
Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier and complete payment promptly.
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed & Shipment Is Returned
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned, it will be sent back to the AniMeEon distribution center. Returned packages will be registered in My Account as “Returned Shipments.”
Follow the instructions in the email from AniMeEon and complete the necessary steps promptly.
Returned shipments will be stored at our distribution center for 14 days.
If reshipment is not arranged within 14 days, the package will be automatically discarded.
