Here is everything you need to know about when your items ship out and how we group your packages. Shipping schedules and combined shipping rules work a little differently depending on whether you are buying Officially Licensed Merch or Thrifted Finds!
Officially Licensed Merch
- Checking Shipping Dates: You can spot the estimated ship date for any item right above the Add to Cart button on its product page.
- Buying Multiple Official Items: If you buy official items with different release dates in one cart, we hold the order and ship everything together once the last item arrives. We do not do split shipments for these items.
- Example: If you buy a late-September drop and a late-October drop together, your whole box ships out in late October once every item is ready!
Thrifted Merch
- Shipping Speed: Once the seller ships your item and it lands at our Japan warehouse, we ship it out to you internationally within 10 business days.
- Buying Multiple Thrifted Items: Any thrifted merch added to the same cart will automatically ship together in one package.
Combining Official and Thrifted Merch
If you check out with both official merch and thrifted finds in the same cart, your thrifted items might ship out first if the official items have a later release date.
