Tracking & Delivery Process
Your package will be delivered via the following steps:
Air freight from Japan to the USA.
US Customs clearance (handled by us).
Handover to USPS (or a local partner) for final delivery to your doorstep.

Note: Once the package arrives in the US, you may need to use the tracking number on the USPS website for more detailed updates.

While standard shipping carriers may not offer full coverage, AniMeEon provides our own comprehensive protection to ensure you can shop with peace of mind.
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, we will compensate you according to our compensation guidelines. Please feel confident purchasing high-value figures or fragile items with us.
Shipping Rates & Customs Duties (DDP)
Pre-paid Duties & Taxes
To simplify the process and prevent unexpected costs, we charge a flat rate of 15.5% for duties and handling fees at checkout.
Benefit: You will not be charged high import taxes by the carrier upon delivery.
Note: In extremely rare cases where additional customs duties are assessed by local authorities, please follow the carrier's instructions.
Items We Cannot Ship (Prohibited Items)
Due to aviation laws and carrier regulations, the following items cannot be shipped.
