Before requesting account closure, please confirm the following:
You cannot close your account if any of these conditions apply:
- You have items pending arrival or currently stored at the warehouse.
- You have an outstanding invoice marked as “Awaiting Payment” in My Account.
- You have items that have already shipped from the warehouse but have not yet been received.
Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to log in to My Account or view your past order history.
If you wish to close your account and none of the above conditions apply, please contact Customer Support through the Inquiry Form, select “Other”, and write:
None of conditions 1–3 apply. I would like to close my account.
If any of the conditions (1–3) apply, please wait until you have received your packages or resolved the issue before contacting us
