If your package is returned, it will be sent back to the AniMeEon warehouse and registered in My Account under a new package number.
If you would like the package to be re-shipped to your delivery address:
- Please go to My Account → Additional Charges.
- You will be billed for the related re-shipping costs.
- Once payment is confirmed, AniMeEon will proceed with the re-shipment.
